You are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for GoGirvan Community Led Regeneration.

The AGM is a chance to look back at what we’ve achieved together over the past financial year, review our finances, and discuss our future plans.

Please note: Our existing trustees, who will be standing down by rotation, are all standing for re-election. GoGirvan is not seeking new board members at this AGM. If you are interested in joining the board, we offer an initial 6-month period so you can attend meetings, settle in, and make sure board membership is right for you before making a full commitment. Meeting Papers To save paper, the draft annual accounts, trustee report, and last year's minutes are available to read via the links below. We will also have a few printed copies available on the night.
Voting and Proxies All registered Ordinary Members are entitled to vote. If you’re unable to attend this AGM in person, you can appoint someone else (a proxy) to vote on your behalf.
Proxy forms are available to download via the link below or by emailing develofficer@gogirvan.scot The official deadline for receiving proxy forms is 7pm on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 (48 hours before the meeting). To help us prepare materials in advance, please return your proxy forms as early as possible.
